1. How soon can I get a dumpster delivered?

We often provide same-day or next-day delivery within our service area. It is mostly dependent on the availability of the size you need.

​2. What can I put in the dumpster?

​General trash, including mattresses, household items, clothes, furniture, construction debris, and junk can all go in the dumpster. Some items are prohibited due to safety and landfill regulations, see next question for prohibited items.

3. What can't I put in the dumpster?

Tires, TV's, chemicals, batteries, lightbulbs, paint, appliances with refrigerant (such as A/C's and freezers), yard waste, treated lumber, bricks, concrete are all prohibited items at the landfill. We can provide proper disposal instructions for any restricted items. If you have specific items you are unsure about, please ask us! 

4. Can I have the dumpster longer than I planned?

Most of the time, yes! Just communicate with us, and we will do our best to work it out. If you paid for a 24 hour or 3 day rental, we can extend it to a 3 day or 7 day rental as along as our dumpster availability allows. If you paid for 7 days and need it longer, we can extend at an additional daily rate.

5. How full can I load the dumpster?

Do not load above the marked "maximum loading level" line. Overloading is dangerous and illegal, because items can fall out during transport. If a dumpster is overfilled, we won't be able to haul it. 

6. Do I need to be home for delivery?

We prefer to deliver when you are available to show us exactly where you want the dumpster, and so you can pay at delivery. If you cannot be there, it is no problem. You can pay electronically before delivery, and you can describe or mark-out where you want the dumpster placed. 

7. Can I move the dumpster once it's placed?

No, dumpsters are heavy and moving them can damage your property or our equipment. If you need a dumpster repositioned, just let us know, we can help.
